GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Bipcards'
webshop on www.bipcards.com (hereafter referred to as the ”webshop”), covering all purchase
agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with MYCLICK AB,
hereinafter referred to as ”Bipcards”). We encourage you to read these terms
and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and
conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you
to read them prior to every order you place in the webshop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been
confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent
from Bipcards to the e-mail address you provided. If an item runs out of stock
before the status is correctly updated on the webshop, Bipcards will notify you
via e-mail. We may suggest an alternative item or cancel the order. If
incorrect price information has been shown, you'll have the option to purchase
the item at the correct price or cancel the order. Bipcards reserves the right
to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions akin to
fraud, such as unauthorized use of another person's credit card, is suspected.

To place an order in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old and not under
guardianship. Bipcards assumes that minors making purchases on www.bipcards.com
provide truthful age information and/or have the necessary consent from their
guardian. If not, the buyer may be liable for potential costs from an invalid
agreement.

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

Prices in the webshop are current and can change
anytime. Bipcards isn't bound by price indications in the webshop which the
buyer must reasonably understand are incorrect, perhaps due to technical issues
or manipulated rates. Prices exclude local VAT and are payable in the indicated
currency. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges, and other
levies might be incurred by your local Customs Authority. Payments can be made
by credit card, direct debit invoice, or other methods listed on the webshop.
Payments subject to validation by card issuers, banks, or credit validation
depend on such processes. We collaborate with an authorized payment service
provider (PSP) that processes your details as per the international security
standard PCI DSS. Transactions are SSL-encrypted, ensuring secure card details
and payment information processing.

 

PROMOTIONS &
DISCOUNT CODES


Campaigns with reduced prices are time-limited.
Multiple offers and codes can't be combined. Discounts and campaigns only apply
to regular prices. A discount code or voucher is valid once per
customer/purchase and not on sale items. In cases of offer misuse, Bipcards
reserves the right to cancel the order.

For orders with a gift/discount, the value of the gift/discount is viewed as a general
discount on the total order amount. If part or the entire order is returned,
the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated, and only the purchase
price minus the relative share of the overall discount is credited.

Promotions and
discount codes are valid only on new orders and cannot be retroactively
applied.

SHIPPING

We strive to deliver your order promptly. Usually,
in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days post-order confirmation and are
delivered within 1-15 business days. Especially during peak times (e.g.,
holidays, sales), deliveries may take longer. Shipping costs are specified in
the order summary. Please note, orders outside the EU might incur custom duty.
We ask you to inspect delivered items upon receipt and report deviations as per
the Returns section. If you don't collect your products, we reserve the right
to charge you for return freight and administration.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
AND RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, calculated from the
order date. Items should be returned in their original, unused condition and
packaging. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet these
requirements, we'll process your refund. For defective items or deviations in
delivery, please contact Customer Service or email support@bipcards.com.
Returns are at the customer's risk.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Bipcards ensures products undergo quality control
before dispatch. If you find a damaged/defective item, we'll either replace it
or refund the original cost (and return cost if it can't be repaired). If the
damaged item was part of a larger order, the original delivery cost isn't
refunded. Please inspect products upon delivery and report any issues. Refunds
are processed to your original payment method.

Text Marketing and
notifications:


By providing your phone number and initiating a
purchase or subscribing, you consent to receive text notifications and
marketing messages from us. Unsubscribe by replying STOP or using the provided
link in our messages. For queries, text HELP to the sender number or contact
us. Message/data rates may apply.

 

GDPR Compliance:

Text Marketing Terms and Conditions: By opting into
text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms. Your details, like
phone number, name, and purchase data, are shared with our SMS platform,
"SMSBump Inc." located in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This information is
used for sending targeted messages. Your phone number is passed to a text
message operator for delivery. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to our messages or
use the provided link.
